Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ReactVision, Inc. (“ReactVision”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use ReactVision Studio (the web-based editor at studio.reactvision.xyz) and StudioGo (the companion mobile app for iOS and Android).
This policy covers both products. Where a section applies only to one of them, it is clearly marked.
1. Overview
ReactVision Studio is a browser-based visual scene editor for designing AR and VR experiences. StudioGo is the companion mobile app used to preview those scenes live on a real device.
To use either product, you must have an active ReactVision Studio account. Accounts are created through Studio, not through StudioGo.
You must be at least 16 years old to create a ReactVision Studio account or to use StudioGo.
2. Information We Collect
Account information
When you sign up for ReactVision Studio, we collect:
- Your email address and (if you sign up with a password) an encrypted password.
- Optionally, your first name, last name, and profile photo. These are not required to use Studio.
If you sign in via Apple, Google, or GitHub Single Sign-On, we receive your email, name, and profile photo from that provider in line with the permissions you grant at sign-in.
Project and asset data
When you use Studio, we store the scenes, projects, and assets you create or upload (3D models, images, audio, video, and similar files). These are stored on our behalf in Supabase Storage and remain private to your account or team unless you choose to share them.
Billing information
When you subscribe to a paid Studio plan, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Stripe provides us with limited billing metadata (such as plan, billing country, and the last four digits of your card) to manage your subscription.
Team information
If you are part of a team in Studio, other members of that team can see your name and email. No other personal data (such as activity or usage) is exposed to team admins at this time.
AI-generated content (Studio)
Studio includes AI-powered 3D asset creation. When you use this feature, your prompt and any reference inputs are sent to our AI providers — Tripo and Fal.ai — to generate the requested asset. We do not retain prompts for training, and our providers process this data only to fulfil your request under their own terms.
Usage and analytics data
We use PostHog to understand how Studio and StudioGo are used. This includes:
- Product usage events (features used, actions taken).
- Technical data such as app version, device model, browser, and operating system.
- Session replays in Studio, which record how you interact with the editor interface. Session replays do not capture passwords or payment card details.
Crash and performance data
We use Sentry in both Studio and StudioGo to automatically collect anonymized diagnostic data that helps us identify and fix performance issues or errors. This may include device details, operating system information, app or browser version, and non-identifiable logs at the time of a crash.
Cloud Anchors and Geospatial AR (Platform)
When developers build apps using ViroReact’s Cloud Anchors or Geospatial Anchors features, the ReactVision Platform stores only the data required for the anchor itself — including the latitude and longitude of the anchor at the moment it was created. We do not track or log the ongoing location of end users, and no personal data beyond what is necessary to host and resolve the anchor passes through the Platform.
Communications
If you contact us, we keep a record of that correspondence so we can respond and improve our service. Our customer email and support are operated through Google Workspace and GoSquared.

Your data may be processed in the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, or any country where our service providers operate. Where data is transferred outside your home jurisdiction, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile and uploaded data are removed from production systems and from our service providers in line with each provider’s standard retention and backup policy.
Some data may be retained longer where required by law (for example, Stripe billing records for tax and accounting purposes).
7. Account Management and Data Deletion
You can delete your ReactVision Studio account at any time by visiting studio.reactvision.xyz/settings. Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile and all data you have uploaded to Studio. This action cannot be undone.
